2011 PROGRAMMING
BUSY FINGERS MILK BAG MISSION PROJECT FOR HAITI
This group of dedicated volunteers work together on alternate Wednesdays to crochet sleeping mats and personal care bags out of 4L Milk bags. Finished projects are sent to Haiti.
SENIOR'S LUNCHEON
On the third Friday of the month, seniors are invited to come and join us for a delicious hot meal, fellowship, and some entertainment.
SCRAP-BOOKING
We will meet in the C. E. Auditorium for a “Crop” party. We start at 9am and stay open until midnight!
Jennifer deGroot will bring the supplies and tools and you are welcome to use anything you like. She will help those who need some instruction and will also offer instruction on the Cricut and Sizzix machines and other assorted tools of the trade. Bring your photos and adhesives and enjoy the day. Jennifer will provide snacks, tea, coffee, lunch and dinner. You decide how long you want to stay!

VON "SMART" EXCERCISE PROGRAM
"Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together"
This gentle program is run specifically for Seniors. There is not any 'Cardio-vascular' exertion and VON-trained volunteers run each class. Classes will be run on Monday mornings from 9:30am-10:30am for 12 weeks. Classes cost $4/class or $48/session.

TAOIST TAI CHI

HATHA YOGA
Come and join this small class in the North Narthex at 6:15pm.
Bring your own mat and dress comfortably. Cost is $40 / 8week session.
