Books & Bites Update: Well ... I know you’re all probably holding your breath, wondering how The Best Laid Plans faired in the competition for SCUC’s book of the year. It has taken the lead by a very narrow margin over Cutting for Stone, scoring an even 85% while Cutting for Stone sits in second place with 83.75%. Our attendance for the January session has also scored well with 11 people present to share in good discussion and lovely refreshments. Next month: The Help on February 15, again at the party room at 19 Lake Avenue South; our host is Pat Cudmore.
